Your First Visit

Consultation

On your first visit, your consultation, you can expect to be in the office for one hour. You will be meeting with the staff for anywhere from 30-45 minutes for a case review and consultation. You can expect to be answering questions about your history, habits, lifestyle, and current health. The doctor will sit down with you, one-on-one, and tell you whether or not you are a candidate for our care. If the doctor decides that you are a candidate for care, the staff will invite you back for your examination.

Examination

The doctor will perform an extensive examination, looking for miscommunication or imbalance between the different systems of your body. This office visit typically runs anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour.
You can expect the following:

- A thorough history
- A comprehensive physical examination of all systems
- A series of neurological evaluations
- A battery of orthopedic evaluations
- Computerized evaluations such as: Digital Posture screen and X-ray analysis via Posture Ray.
- An in-depth chiropractic examination

In order to make the examination process easier and more efficient, the doctor asks for you to bring a pair of shorts and a t-shirt to this appointment. The doctor will schedule you to return after he has reviewed your findings and has been able to construct a customized care plan.

Doctor's Report

On your second visit the doctor will review the results of your testing. We will inform you if more tests are needed based upon the lab and examination findings, explain your diagnosis, educate you on your options and define our plan of action. We will also answer any health related questions that you might have.

At this time our staff will discuss any financial concerns or limitations that you might have. Our intentions are to provide our patients and the community with quality, expert, integrated health care. We have compassion for the financial limitations that the current economy is placing on individuals and families. To accommodate these difficulties, we have created multiple plans that allow most families to afford our services, without sacrificing quality of care. As a courtesy to our patients, we accept and are happy to verify insurance benefits. This should only be considered a quote from the company, as a patient’s insurance remains an arrangement between him/her and their insurance company. We do not directly bill insurance companies. We provide all of our patients with a “Super Bill” that can be used to bill insurance companies for reimbursement and also for tax purposes. We have found this method to be much more expeditious and effective. If our patients have difficulty obtaining reimbursement, we will help in any way possible.

Once you have selected a care plan, the doctor will initiate care. Based on your individual findings, this might be strictly nutritional counseling, neurological exercises, chiropractic adjustments, or any combination of these. At this time, you should have a thorough understanding of your health concern and be confident that you have found the road to optimal health.

Review By Our Satisfied Patient

  • "I will and have recommended Mobility Spine and Rehab to others.” Having had lower back pain for several years and not being a big doctor goer, I decided to come to Mobility when one day I could not get off the couch I was laying on. My husband comes here and always talks about how it was working for him. It’s now been about 6 months with no more daily pain. Dr. Brett is very nice and accomodating and the treatments are gentle. I will and have recommended Mobility to others. Thank you."
